Rental Agreement

At Travelin’ Tots Rentals we are committed to excellence. All of our equipment is inspected thoroughly before it is delivered to you. It is your responsibility to contact us immediately at 505-237-1066 if you feel that a product is not safe or is not up to your standards. Most of our products come with an owner’s manual and it is your responsibility to make sure that you read the manual thoroughly so that you can ensure that you are using the product properly. If for any reason you do not receive a manual please notify us immediately so that we can get one to you. Safety is our number one concern. By using the product you agree that it is in excellent condition and therefore will not hold Travelin’ Tots Rentals responsible if the product is not used properly.

If the equipment is damaged in any way please notify us before p-up so that there are no surprises. We will do our best to repair the product at little or no cost to you. If the product is unable to be repaired then there will be a $40 service fee PLUS the cost to replace the product.

We do our best to set up the cribs in the location that you specify. We will be happy to move the crib for you for a $50 fee plus the delivery charge if one applies. If we arrive for p-up and the crib has been moved or taken apart there will be a $50 fee charged to your account. The cost of any damages that incur due to the crib being moved will also be applied. We set up these cribs often and know how to do so safely. It is very important that they are not moved or taken apart so that we can make sure that they are set up correctly and that no parts are damaged or missing.

Release of Liability

In consideration of the rental agreement between myself and Travelin Tots Rentals LLC, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. I agree that I am responsible for the correct use of rental items according to manufacturers' instructions and guidelines.
2. I understand that there exist certain risks of injury from the use or misuse of such items, including the potential risk of serious injury, disability or death.
3. I knowingly and freely assume all such risks, both known and unknown, and assume full responsibility for my use of such items.
4. I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, hereby hold harmless, and agree not to sue Travelin’ Tots Rentals LLC, the owner of all such items I have agreed to rent, their officers, agents and employees, with respect to any and all injury, disability, death and loss or damage to person or property, whether caused by the negligence of the owner or otherwise, except that which is the result of gross negligence or misconduct.
5. I understand that this RELEASE OF LIABILITY covers each and every item which I have agreed to rent.
6. I further agree that this RELEASE OF LIABILITY shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico.
