Terms and Conditions

  1. We offer delivery and pick-up of rental items seven days a week and most holidays. An inconvenience charge may apply for deliveries or pick-ups that need to be made on holidays or before 9 am or after 6 pm.
  2. Most orders require a 3-day minimum rental. You can stay for less than three days but the charge is the same.
  3. Renters who place an order online will receive an email within 24 hours to confirm their order. If you have any questions regarding your order please feel free to call us. Orders do not have to be made online and can be placed over the phone if you wish. Orders placed within 48 hours of the delivery date must be called in.
  4. Please notify your hotel/resort in advance of our scheduled delivery time. We do our best to deliver your equipment prior to your check-in time. If the hotel/resort allows, we will deliver the equipment directly to your room. Otherwise, equipment will be left at the front desk or with the concierge.
  5. We are not authorized to install car seats but all of our seats come with a users manual.
  6. If you are not satisfied with an item, we will do our best to replace it as soon as possible. If the dissatisfaction was not of our control then a re-delivery fee may apply.
  7. Renters are not to assemble or disassemble any cribs. A fee will be charged if a crib is damaged while being moved by the renter then the renter will be fully responsible for the replacement or repair cost of the crib. The only exception is if the renter has been given permission by Travelin' Tots Rentals to set up or take down a crib. All of our cribs are a one piece system and are never for any reason to be taken apart or unscrewed.
  8. It is understood that safety gates are for use at the bottom of stairs only; it is not safe to install pressure-mounted safety gates at the top of stairs.
  9. Equipment is to be returned in the same working condition, with all accessories and parts, as it was when delivered. If equipment is lost or damaged, the cost to repair or replace the item will be the full responsibility of the renter and will be charged to the credit card on file. We will do our best to repair any damaged equipment as inexpensively as possible.
  10. You may cancel your order at any time up to 48 hours of your scheduled delivery date to avoid any charge to your credit card. Any cancellations received after this grace period, will result in a 50% charge of your order to the provided credit card. If the items have already been delivered when the cancellation is made then your card will be charged 100% for your order. For your convenience a credit or partial credit can be added to a future order.
  11. It is the responsibility of the renter to identify the appropriate contact person at the delivery address (hotel concierge, condo manager, private residence host etc.) and provide Travelin’ Tots Rentals that person's phone number. Delivery/pick-up times are established via telephone with the contact person the day before the delivery/pick-up date. If no-one is available to receive the equipment or allow pick-up at the agreed time, there will be an attempt to reschedule and an additional delivery fee will apply. If an agent needs to return to a location for any reason that is not due to an error on the part of Travelin’ Tots Rentals, an additional fee will be applied to the order.
  12. Full right, title and ownership of the equipment will at all times remain vested with Travelin’ Tots Rentals. The renter will use the equipment only for and in accordance with its intended use and pursuant to any instructions provided therewith. The renter is fully responsible for the loss, theft or destruction of the equipment independent of cause and agrees to pay the owner the replacement value of the equipment in such an event. In the event of damage and/or partial destruction from any cause, the renter agrees to pay to the owner a sum eqiivalent to the cost of repair of the item or replacement value of the item, whichever is less. The equipment must be returned with all accessories and parts intact and in reasonably clean condition otherwise a $25 cleaning fee will be added.
